Sharon’s Story

Hello! My name is Sharon Crandall.  I was born and raised on a farm in Idaho.  Although a good experience, I didn’t take to farming very well but I did have an entrepreneurial spirit and opened my own dance studio at age 15.  Being somewhat musical I also started playing drums and singing professionally at age 17.

At 20 I married and started having children—eight of them as a matter of fact.  Seven are still living and are all grown up and on their own.  I divorced when my children were small so have been single for some time.

My father had a small room we called his den or library.  By the time I was in high school I had read, or at least read into every book in that library.  I loved to read and learn.  I had a lot of questions I wanted answered about life, and particularly about people and what makes them tick.

Often through our own trials we are led into certain fields of learning and I read every book on parenting, marriage, and personal achievement I could get my hands on through the years.

Interspersed with rearing my children I got involved in sales of various kinds and besides a dance studio again for a short time, I owned two retail businesses—one successful and one an “Oops! Let’s not repeat that again.”

I was introduced to Applied Personality Science in the “olden days” when it was considered quite strange, and formally started studying it about 27 years ago.  It took me a few years to actually become fully certified.

The science answered a lot of questions for me personally, such as why I had terrible mood swings, guilt, and a lot of depression, and also why I got stuck in problems and couldn’t see my way out.

It has been a great blessing in my life and I feel it will be in yours, too, if you will apply the principles you learn therein.

I can honestly say that I have overcome all of the above challenges with which I was born.  Mood swings have evened out, I experience no depression except normal discouragements of living this life, and the terrible guilt a person often experiences through mood swings has no place in my life anymore.  I also developed the action part of my brain that, by the way, actually changed the shape of my head.  (You will learn more about how that works as you study these principles.) Whee!

I do hope you take advantage of my book and other services. You will be amazed at how it answers questions that other methods of counseling have been unable to solve.

One of my coaching clients told me that before she came to me to get her personality profile assessed her problems seemed “this big”, as she held her hands as far apart as she could get them.  At the end of the six-month coaching sessions she said they were “this big”—as she held her hands just a few inches apart.
